By using Family Wall Planner ("the service") you agree to these terms.
Family Wall Planner is a shared family planner: a web app for an always-on wall tablet plus companion phones, with optional Google Calendar and Google Drive integration. The service is currently in early access; features may change, and free-tier limits and paid plans may be introduced with notice.
Don't abuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to breach security or access other households' data, no reselling the service, and no automated bulk use of the APIs behind it.
Calendar and Drive features depend on Google's APIs and your Google account settings. You can disconnect them at any time in the app or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Our handling of Google data is described in the Privacy Policy.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for missed events, sync delays, or data loss beyond what applicable law requires. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before a claim (or $50 if you paid nothing).
You can stop using the service and request deletion of your data at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email, and continued use after changes means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of Canada.
